Terms and Conditions

  1. Lease: The tenant shall lease the Unit/s at Ezystore Storage for the term and at the rent set below

  2. Term: Monthly

  3. Rental: Payable monthly in advance into the Landlord Bank Account Refer to Payment Authority

  4. Rent Review: Review-able annually on anniversary of the signing of this lease.

  5. Permitted Use: Storage only (Hazardous, flammable and illegal goods are totally prohibited).

  6. Notice of vacating the premises: Either party being able to terminate the agreement upon two (2)weeks notice being delivered to either party. Upon the expiration of the lease, the premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition and the tenant to make good any damage to the premises.

  7. Conditions: No goods are to be left or stored outside areas of storage units and no right of ways to other storage units to be blocked.

  8. Rent Arrears: If the tenant defaults on payments to the Landlord for a period of TWO MONTHS the landlord reserves the right to withhold all goods stored by the tenant until arrears/damages/costs have been paid in full. If this is not done within ONE MONTH of this period the landlord shall be entitled to sell the goods stored to recover monies owed, with any surplus then being forwarded to the tenant.

  9. Insurance: Insurance of goods stored is the sole responsibility of the tenant. The landlord cannot be held liable for any losses through theft, fire or any natural disaster.

  10. Bond for Keys/Tags: A refundable $50.00 bond is payable for the security gate and unit key/tag.

  11. Tax Invoice: Once signed, this agreement constitutes an on-going invoice for tax purposes.
